Subscription Terms and Conditions

By clicking the Subscribe button, the customer agrees to the Subscription terms and conditions outlined below:

When you register for a Subscription package on subscriptions.GoodFood.ph, you will automatically be signed up to automatically purchase and receive the products according to the Subscription Package you selected. Your subscription offer will also be subject to the GoodFood.ph Terms & Conditions. This may be amended from time to time.


1. DIFFERENT DISCOUNTS, DEALS AND TERMS PER SUBSCRIPTION PLAN
Each plan has a different set of discounts, freebies and period. Please review each plan description before checking out and purchasing. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that you have read the specific term descriptions of your chosen plan.
Each plan also has specific shipping fees that will be added onto the published plan fee to c over for costs of packing and shipping the items for your convenience.


2. EDITING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Upon subscribing, you agree to the fixed plan provided by Subscriptions.GoodFood.ph. On your succeeding months, you may edit the contents of your subscription via My Subscriptions — if the plan allows you to edit the contents (which will be indicated in the package description). Please make sure to change flavors at least 2 weeks before your monthly subscription date.

3. SUBSCRIPTION DATE AND SUCCEEDING ORDERS
The date when you registered for subscription is your Subscription Date. Your credit card, debit card, PayPal account will be charged on this date and the RECURRING DATES, which occur every 30 days thereafter. Upon checking if the orders are successful, GoodFood.ph will process orders and deliver items within 4-8 days.

GoodFood.ph will notify the buyer as soon as their subscription package has been processed and dispatched.

Any orders that have been processed before the requested subscription changes (including any cancellation) will be dispatched. If you do not wish to make any changes, GoodFood.ph will send the original or previous month’s choices as your default package.

The chosen courier will also alert the buyer that the shipment is on its way at least 1 day before delivery.

4. COD PAYMENTS
By agreeing to COD, the buyer agrees to prepare cash for the delivery of the package. If cash is not prepared, buyer agrees to pay for any costs that may be incurred for coming back to deliver the package for that month.

5. USING PAYPAL
PayPal is the most efficient platform to handle subscription payments and provide you with the ultimate convenience of subscription, protecting both buyer and seller.

Once you have created your PayPal account, you may choose to enroll your credit card or debit card to your Paypal account as a source of funds to fund your subscription.


NOTE: Most Philippine ATM cards now have EMV chips and can be used as debit cards to pay for online purchases. Contact your bank or research further about this option.


You should always have sufficient funds to meet your monthly subscription amount on your Recurring Date. Insufficient funds may cause an automatic cancellation of your subscription and the penalties that go along with it.

You may change your funding sources enrolled in PayPal and it will not affect the status of your subscription package.

7. OUT OF STOCK CASES

If a product within your subscription is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you via email.

8. USE WITH OTHER PROMOS

Subscription offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including discount voucher codes. In the event of a Subscriber wishing to take up any of the non-subscription promotional offers available from time to time, they will be required to place a separate non-subscription order to qualify for that offer.

9. GOODFOOD.PH RIGHT TO CANCEL

We may cancel any subscription service provided to you at any time on 2 months’ notice to you, or immediately if we reasonably suspect fraud by you or any other person in connection with any subscription service provided to you.

10. PRICE INCREASES
Due to certain factors, we may increase prices during your subscription period. If the prices increase, you will be notified by email at least 15 days before your next order is processed.

11. COMBINATION WITH REGULAR, NON-SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription packages go through different system processes and therefore, may not be combined with regular purchases on GoodFood.ph.

12. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You may cancel your subscription anytime before your SUBSCRIPTION DATE. There are no charges for cancellation. However, you will not receive the free items allocated for the succeeding months. Your status will reset back to Month 0 and may not be reinstated to start from its previous status after cancellation.

Cancellations due to insufficient funds on your PayPal funding sources may cause cancellation of your subscription and result in unwanted cancellation fees or missing out on rewards and freebies.

Cancellations are final. Subscriptions are reset back to Month 0 and may not be reinstated after cancellation.

You may cancel your subscription anytime before your SUBSCRIPTION DATE by going to https://subscriptions.goodfood.ph/my-subscriptions/ and clicking “Request Cancellation". You'll get notified via email on the status of your request.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS SPECIFIC TO NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO

1. HOME CAFÉ STARTER PLAN
The Capsule + Machine subscription packages require you to commit to a minimum subscription period of 12 months. You will receive a NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® coffee machine with your first order at no cost to you. Machines offered may vary depending upon stock availability.

The first order/ delivery will include 3 NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Bestseller capsule boxes namely: Americano, Espresso Intenso, Cafe Au Lait.

This is also your default package.

2. CHANGING FLAVORS
You may change your flavor options from the second month onwards as long as the boxes chosen are part of the options in your plan. To change your capsule options, go to https://subscriptions.goodfood.ph/my-subscriptions/. Please make necessary changes at least 2 weeks before your monthly subscription date.

Any orders that have been processed before the requested change (including any cancellation) will be dispatched. If you do not wish to make any changes, GoodFood.ph will send the original or previous month’s choices as your default package.

You may cancel your subscription anytime after finishing the 12-month subscription period. Then you may move on to the Capsule Only Subscription Packages.

3. MACHINE WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All machines delivered under the subscription package are covered by a 1-year warranty. For any concerns on your machine, chat with GoodFood Philippines on Facebook or send us an email at HELLO@GOODFOOD.PH.

Machines may not be returned unless there is a valid warranty concern.

4. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription anytime before your SUBSCRIPTION DATE by going to https://subscriptions.goodfood.ph/my-subscriptions/ and clicking “Request Cancellation". Cancellation terms apply below.

CAPSULE SUBSCRIPTIONS: You may cancel your subscription anytime before your SUBSCRIPTION DATE. There are no charges for cancellation. However, you will not receive the free items on the 4th, 7th and 10th months.

CAPSULE + MACHINE SUBSCRIPTIONS: If, for any reason, you cancel your subscription before the end of the minimum subscription period, you agree to pay 50% of the retail price of the machine you received. The machine is then yours to keep after paying 50% of the retail price. We will send you an invoice for the cancellation amount.

Cancellations are final. Subscriptions are reset back to Month 0 and may not be reinstated after cancellation.
