When can I expect to receive my subscription?
For orders within NCR, expect your orders to arrive within 7 business days from your processing date.
For orders outside NCR, expect your orders to arrive within 15 business days from your processing date.

How do I track my order?
For orders within NCR, we are currently using alternative measures such as Angkas to ship your order so we won't be able to provide a tracking number. If your order doesn't arrive within 7 business days, please don't hesitate to leave us a message HERE.
For orders outside NCR, we'll send you your tracking number once your order is transferred to our courier.

What is GoodFood.ph?
GoodFood.ph is the newest experience in online food grocery shopping. While you enjoy the comforts of your home or office, we will deliver your most-loved food brands — from your breakfast brand of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, to your health requirements from NUTREN, to your sweet tooth-cravings for KITKAT and of course, your kids’ favorites NIDO, MILO, CHUCKIE and so much more brands sourced from the world’s largest food and beverage company, NESTLÉ as well as other brands we've curated for you.

What is GoodFood Subscriptions?
GoodFood Subscriptions is our online grocery subscriptions website. Here you can choose from our different subscription plans and automatically receive your orders monthly.
How to subscribe?
All subscription orders are processed through the Subscriptions section of the GoodFood site. To subscribe, here are the steps:
1. REGISTER for the subscriptions section. The registration for GoodFood.ph is separate from the Subscriptions section as there are separate functions of the website. We are sorry for this minor inconvenience.
2. Look through the subscription plans by looking at all the PACKAGES or selecting your chosen brand by clicking BRANDS on the main toolbar on the Home Page.
3. Choose your plan and click SUBSCRIBE.
4. Choose payment method. Fill in billing and shipping details. Review monthly payment details.
5. Read TERMS AND CONDITIONS and agree by clicking the check box.
6. Click SUBSCRIBE.
If you have any other questions, just click the Facebook Messenger icon on the bottom of the page.
When do you process orders?
Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday before 12PM. Orders after 12PM are processed the next day.
All orders received on Friday to Sunday and government and office holidays will be processed on the next business day.
What is my processing date?
Your processing date is the day of the month that you subscribed.
For example, if you subscribe on June 5, your monthly processing date or anniversary date would be the 5th of the month.
When will my next subscription arrive?
Your next subscription should arrive within 7 business days (for NCR orders) or 15 business days (for orders outside NCR) from your monthly processing date.

Registration & Account Information
Do I need to register to be able to subscribe?
Yes, you need to register to subscribe. You may register via the “Register” button on the upper-right corner of the page. You may also register by clicking here.
Creating an account will make it easier for you to access and manage your subcription plan/s.
I already have a GoodFood.PH account. Can I use that to login?
The registration for GoodFood.PH is different from the Subscriptions section as there are separate functions for each website. We are sorry for this minor inconvenience.
How do I change my account information?
Upon logging in to your account, you may update or edit your account information by clicking on the My Account button.
How do I update my contact information?
To update your contact information, go to My Account > Account Profile
Can I change my e-mail address in my account?
Yes. You may change your e-mail address. GoodFood.ph will send a confirmation to your new e-mail address when you have updated it from your account.
How can I view my Order History?
To view your order history, go to My Account > Orders
How do I search for a product?
You may type in the name, brand, price or type of product you are looking for at the Search tab found in the upper-right hand corner of the page. If you are not familiar with the details of the product you are looking for, the products are organized by Categories and Brands, to make navigation easier.
What if the flavor of the product that I want is not part of the drop down menu?
Flavors that are not part of the drop down menu are either low on stock or out of stock. We try our best to update our stock weekly.

Can I change the flavors monthly?
You are allowed to change the flavors monthly. Just make sure that you change them at least 2 weeks before your monthly processing date.
How can I change my subscription flavors?
Log in to your account HERE
Once logged in, click on “SUBSCRIPTIONS” under “My Subscriptions.”
Click on the subscription ID of your plan and then click "EDIT SUBSCRIPTION ITEM."
From there, you can choose which flavors you want to replace.

How can I pay for the items I purchased?
Goodfood.ph will accept the following forms of payment: via credit card, cash on delivery (“COD”), and store credit.
Credit card payments will be coursed through PayPal. Your card is pre-authorized at the time of making your order, with the payment being taken from your card once the order has been processed, upon sending the acknowledgment or confirmation email.
Goodfood.ph also accepts cash on delivery on selected areas of the Philippines.
How will I know if my transaction is successful?
You will receive a GoodFood.ph Order Invoice via the email address you used to register.
Do you accept Cash On Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash On Delivery nationwide in areas covered by our courier.
Returns & Exchange
Can I return my order?
Yes, as long as you comply with our return policies. Kindly click this link: https://subscriptions.goodfood.ph/terms/ for more information.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from shipment date. Returnable items must not have been purchased as sale items, must be returned in their original packing, including gift boxes, non-woven bags including the tag and label, and items must not have been consumed.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, we accept return and exchange as long as you comply with our terms and conditions: https://subscriptions.goodfood.ph/terms/. For exchanges and store credit refunds for non-damaged items, you are responsible for shipping costs back to goodfood.ph and goods must arrive in good condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
What are considered defective items?
Defective items include:
• Expired items at the time of delivery
• Spoiled items
• Items whose packaging has significantly been damaged beyond usability.
Exchanges are only available for different flavors/variants or sizes of the same product.
How can I return my order?
To return an item, you may send an email at email@example.com with the subject : "Return" inclusive of photos of the item in its original packaging.
Once we have received your email, we will review the request and photos. We will then inform you the next steps on returning the item. Requests are processed within 12 business days. Refunds for the purchase will be in the form of store credits on your personal account in goodfood.ph.
How do I cancel my subsciption?
To cancel your subscription, simply login to your account << "Manage my Subscription" button << then click "Request Cancellation" at the lower right of your subscription. You'll get notified via email on the status of your request. We value any/all feedback you like to provide so please do let us know how we could do a better job.
